How to install :
1. Download Snapdragon v 1.3 Click here to download
2. Root your device
3. Make sure you have installed CMW Recovery in your Device
4. Make sure that battery is at 80% before the installation.
5. Copy Snapdragon v 1.3 which you has downloaded to SD Card.
6. Turn off your device.
7. Press Power + Vol up + Home to enter CMW,
8. Wipe data and factory reset, press vol up/down to select menu, press home button to OK / enter
9. Wipe cache partition .
10. Then Scroll down to Flash from Zip,
11. Choose Update from SD card
12. Select snapdragon zip file which has copied from you PC
13. After installation completed, reboot system now,

Now snapdragon has installed to your Galaxy S2, if you have some problem or boot loop , try to wipe data and  wipe partition again,
